Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern access to AskWaldron websites, applications, and related services. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, purchasing a plan, or using the service after being presented with these Terms, you agree to them and to the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by AskWaldron.

What AskWaldron provides

AskWaldron can discover and organize job listings, compare listings with career information, prepare drafts, track applications, and provide mock-interview practice. It is not an employer, staffing agency, law firm, financial adviser, or guarantee of an interview or job. ATS scores are internal estimates of evidence coverage, not scores produced by an employer's applicant tracking system.

Your responsibilities

• Review every generated statement for truth, accuracy, relevance, and appropriateness.
• Submit only information you have the right to use.
• Do not misrepresent credentials, identity, work authorization, education, employment, or accomplishments.
• Follow employer, job-board, email-provider, and application-site terms.
• Make your own decisions about applications, interviews, and employment.

Acceptable use

You may not use AskWaldron to break law, violate another person's rights, access accounts without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer protected portions of the service, evade plan limits, impersonate another person, automate deceptive applications, or create discriminatory or unlawful employment content.

Your content

You retain ownership of your resumes, career facts, answers, and other content. You grant AskWaldron a limited license to host, reproduce, transform, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide the content.

AI output

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable. Similar output may be provided to other users. Output is a draft and does not replace your judgment. AskWaldron may refuse or limit requests that create security, legal, or reliability risks.

Third-party services and job listings

Job boards, employer sites, email providers, AI providers, payment providers, and external links are controlled by third parties. Listings may be inaccurate, expired, duplicated, fraudulent, or changed without notice. AskWaldron is not responsible for third-party services, hiring decisions, or employer conduct.

Plans, payments, and cancellation

The current signup checkout operates in test mode using published PayPal Manager test card numbers. It does not create a real charge or paid subscription. Before paid plans launch, checkout will display price, billing frequency, included usage, renewal terms, cancellation method, and the live payment provider. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. You may cancel future renewal without losing access for the already paid period.

Service changes and suspension

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend access for security risks, nonpayment, unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, or conduct that harms users or the service. When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to export user content.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." AskWaldron disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, listing availability, ATS performance, interviews, offers, compensation, or employment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskWaldron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost income, data loss, or business interruption. AskWaldron's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to AskWaldron during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law that a court with jurisdiction determines applies, without removing any nonwaivable consumer protection. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance when permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through our contact page.
