RESPONSIBLE AI USE
AI Transparency Notice
How Waldron assists without taking control of your job search.
Where AI is used
AI may help extract job requirements, compare a job with career facts, estimate evidence coverage, suggest resume wording, draft cover letters and application answers, answer questions about a position, identify public professional contacts, and conduct mock interviews with coaching.
What AI does not decide
AskWaldron does not make an employer's hiring decision, determine legal eligibility, guarantee ATS treatment, or decide whether you should submit an application. The user reviews and controls application materials and submissions.
Accuracy and human review
AI can misunderstand job requirements or career history and can produce plausible but incorrect text. Scores are estimates created by AskWaldron, not employer ATS scores. Review every draft, verify factual claims, and correct anything that does not accurately reflect your experience.
Data sent for processing
To complete a request, the selected AI provider may receive the job description, relevant resume text, verified career facts, your question, and interview transcript or audio stream. AskWaldron limits context to information reasonably needed for the requested feature. The current provider is selected by the AskWaldron administrator and may be an OpenAI service or a locally operated model.
Fairness and employment
Do not use AskWaldron to generate discriminatory content or infer protected characteristics. Interview coaching and match analysis should focus on job-related experience and evidence. Users should independently evaluate accommodations, employment-law questions, and high-impact career decisions.
